★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 더이상 1년전 대한곱창이 아니였습니다 손님이 더 많아진 만큼 직원도 많고 대기방법도 좋아졌지만 음식의 질은 현저히 떨어졌습니다 곱창은 말라있고 찌개는 국물만 가득했습니다
장사가 잘될수록 어째서 질이 더 떨어지는걸까요
다시 찾고싶진 않습니다
It was no longer Daehan giblets a year ago. As the number of customers increased, there were more staff and the waiting method improved, but the quality of the food was significantly reduced. The giblets were dry and the stew was full of soup.
Why does the quality go down as the business gets better?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ '나혼자 산다'의 화사가 나와서 유명해진 소곱창 맛집. 예전부터 많이 방문해왔었지만 가성비가 좋아 방문하고는 했다. 하지만 2021년 10월 21,000원으로 가성비가 많이 떨어지는 것이 단점.
A beef giblet restaurant that became famous after Hwasa of 'I Live Alone'. I've been visiting many times before, but it was good value for money, so I visited. However, the disadvantage is that the cost-effectiveness drops significantly to 21,000 won in October 2021.
