★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 정형외과/통증의학과 의사분들은 괜찮으신데
프론트에서 응대하는 조무사분들이 전반적으로 싸가지가 없네요
제대로된 응대 메뉴얼이나 교육을 못 받은건지 항상 전화 받고 끊을 때의 매너도 없고 말투도 쌀쌀맞게 끊고
수납할때나 치료받고 나올때 인사도 제가 먼저해야 하네요 ^^...
누가보면 프론트에서 일하는 사람이 병원주인인줄 알겠어요. 덕분에 대표자명도 찾아봤네요
치료 잘 받고 프론트가 기분 망쳐서 다른 친절한 병원으로 옮길까 생각드네요
