★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy peazy in and out. I'm going to miss these stores when I go back to the States. Take you Samsung phone in, they fix it on the spot and return in minutes (even very severe damages).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place to get my cell phone fixed. 1st floor is Samsung store with many Samsung products displayed. 2nd floor is where you can request to get Samsung product fixed. I like the fact that they will use the authentic parts to fix what ever is broken, and that they will let you know how much it will cost before you can decide if you want the job done. This place is always busy, so do expect to wait a bit. Customer service top of the line. Of course that is if you agree on their estimate. Which means I think the cost they suggest is reasonable. You will have to determine that is reasonable for you. However, the service is quick and you can even set a schedule to revisit for a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was quick and fairly inexpensive. It was $60 to have my screen replaced after I broke it and the entire process to check in and have it repaired took less than 30 minutes. Didn't seem to be many English speakers and I had a little trouble trying to communicate with my repairman but overall, the process was easy and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was worried about the language barrier, but as I began explaining the problem with my phone, I realized they spoke the universal language 'tech'. They should send workers from the states here to learn how to be courteous. I am considering buying my next phone for the USA here unlocked just to spite verizon stores. 6/5 I cannot give enough stars.
