Y	Yong Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 구매한지 1년도 안된제품 고장나서 AS 문의하니까 유상 처리는 커녕 AS 자체가 안된다고 해서 어처구니가 없어서 그럼 교환해달라고하니 교환해줄 제품도 없다고하고 환불해줄테니 고객한테 직접 모니터를 본인들 사무실로 보내라 하질않나 더러워서 브라켓까지 고정되어있는거 지인에 부탁해서 떼가지고 택배 발송까지 했는데 환불 해준다 해준다 하더니 3개월 지나서 이제는 전화도 안받고.. 서비스 고객응대 불친절 제품 퀄리티 수준 엉망이네요. 장은테크에서 구매해서 사용하던 제품은 32" TV 모니터입니다. 추가+별5개는 직원들이고 별1개는 고객들인가요? It's been less than a year since I bought the product, so I contacted after-sales service, so it's ridiculous to say that the AS itself doesn't work, let alone paid, so I ask for an exchange. I asked an acquaintance to take it and send it to a courier, but they said they would refund me, but it's been 3 months and I haven't received a call anymore.. Service Customer response Unfriendly Product quality level is a mess. The product I bought from Jang Eun Tech and used was a 32" TV monitor. Extra+5 stars are employees and 1 star are customers?
