★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 내 선택은 장칼국수 곱배기(돈을 더 받지는 않는다. 그냥 많이 달라고 말하면 됨), 흔하지 않은 메뉴인데 맵지않고 칼칼하지도 않으면서도 얼큰하니 맛이 좋다. 함께 간 둘째는 옛날 칼국수. 멸치 한움큼 잡아서 똥빼고 30분넘게 끓이면 나올만한 순수한 멸치국물에 양파 애호박 당근등이 많이도 넣었다. 국물은 여느집처럼 사골육수도 아니요 다시다육수도 아닌 깔끔한 멸치국물 그 자체다. 그래서 깊거나 묵직한 맛은 아니지만 그 국물이 계속 생각난다. 일주일쯤 지나 다시 가볼 생각. 그 순수한 맛이 계속되는지 궁금하다.

The soup is not a bone bone broth nor a fleshy broth again like any house, and it is a clean anchovy broth itself. So it's not deep or heavy, but the soup keeps coming up. I'll go back a week later. I wonder if that pure taste continues.

옛날칼국수는 첨가제 없이 그런 맛이 난다는 것이 믿을 수 없을 만큼 진하고 맛있습니다

수원 영통에 산지 20년가까이 되는데, 여기를 처음 왔다는게 무척 안타까울 정도로 좋았음
팥칼국수를 오랜만에 진한맛으로 먹었고, 김치도 맛있음
골목안 이지만 옆으로 돌아가면 건물지하 주차장도 있음
아쉬운건 포장이 안된다는게 아쉬웠으며, 사장님께 문의해보니 무슨 사연이 있다고함

콩국수 들깨칼국수는 유명맛집보다 더 맛있어요.
장칼국수 팥칼국수도 추천드립니다. 비빔국수도 망향보다 더 나아요. 지나는 길에 한번 들러보시길.

Congguksu wild sesame kalguksu is more delicious than famous restaurants.
