신	신상.철 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 저의 타이어가 넥센인지 미쳐 모르고 펑크수리차 타이어 365+ 죽전점에 방문하였는데, 펑크로 인한 타이어를 교체해야 한다고 하여 넥센으로 교환을 요구하니, 여기는 넥센이 없다며 금호를 교체해 된다하여 교체하고, 귀가중 보니 바로 옆의 가게에 넥센지정점이 있는 것을 확인했어요. 아무리 영업도 좋지만 바로옆에 넥센지정점이 있으면 안내해 주는것이 도리가 아닌가싶네요. 안전을 유지해야하는 자동차의 타이어균형이 요구되는 사안을 영업이라는 것으로... 진정한 서비스라고는 볼수 없지않나 싶네요...
