전어랑 대하가 제철이라면서요?
그래서 오랜만에 전어를 먹고왔습니다.

아니나다를까 이른 시간에 이미 약주를 하고 계시는
아저씨들이 계시는 횟집.. 희희..
아무튼, 전어회는 싱싱한 전어를 뼈째 얇게 썰어
초고추장이나 간장에 찍어 먹는 회로
고추와 마늘을 넣고 쌈을 싸 먹으면 꿀맛~!이랍니다.
제철이라 그런지 더 꼬들하고 통통하니
식감 대박 맛있었습니다~~~~~~!!
