H	Heyjeong Seo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 창구는 여러개인데 기사님은 2분인듯?? 1번 창구 기사님이 대부분 처리하시는 것 같은데 친절하세요. 애플 기준에 맞춰 처리해주시네요. 11번가에서 주문한 아이패드 6세대 액정에 노란빛이 나서 다음날 서비스센터 방문하니 바로 교환처리 들어가서 하루만에 새 제품 받아 그 자리에서 이상없는걸 확인받고 제품 받았습니다. 11번가 통해 교환처리 받았으면 1-2주는 족히 걸렸을텐데..(심지어 설연휴가 끼었으니 더 걸렸을지도...??) 하루만에 새 제품 받을 수 있어 굉장히 좋았어요!
