맛에 깜짝. 서비스에 깜짝.
맛나네요. 고기냄새 안나고 김치 맛있고
4명가서 6인분 먹고 양푼이밥 2개에 떡사리 미친듯이 먹고 나왔습니다.
아쉬워서 포장 3인분 사와서 다시 마무리 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 송탄 맛집 검색하면 많이 나오는 곳이라서 몇번 기회를 보다가 직원이랑 식사하러감
2. 대구 동인동 찜갈비에 능숙한 입장이라서 송탄 찜갈비에 대한 기대로 방문함
3. 새로이 옮긴후라 식당 내부는 비교적 깔끔하고 청결함
4. 2인분 주문에 기본보다 약간 순하게 주문(같이간 직원이 매운거 못먹음)
5. 다른 리뷰처럼 식사 주문시 라면사리 미리 주문하니까 찜갈비 먹는중 라면사리 넣어서 먹을 타이밍이 좋으니 미리 주문하는거 추천
6. 기본 반찬에 메밀전 나오는데 개인적으로는 먹어본 메밀전중 제일 부드러워서 식전 에피타이져로 좋음
7. 냄비밥 주문했는데 밥공기에 덜면 사장님이나 직원분이 오셔서 직접 숭늉 제조해서 주심 (편하고 좋움)
8. 맛은 매운걸 좋아라하는 입맛이라서 순하고 달달한 느낌이 되어버렸는데 그래도 만족함
매운것 못 드시는분들에겐 좋을듯 다음에 개인적으로 매운맛 먹고 싶어짐
9. 식당 자체가 주택가 안쪽에 있는지라 처음갈때는 골목이 약간 헷갈림

1. When searching for Songtan restaurants, it's a place that comes up a lot, so I went to eat with the staff after seeing a few opportunities.
2. Since I am skilled at Dongin-dong Braised Ribs in Daegu, I visited with anticipation for Songtan Braised Ribs.
3. After relocating, the interior of the restaurant is relatively neat and clean.
4. For two servings, order slightly milder than the default (the staff with us cannot eat spicy ones)
5. As in other reviews, when you order a meal, you order ramen sari in advance, so it's good time to add ramen sashimi while eating steamed ribs, so ordering in advance is recommended.
6. Buckwheat jeon is served as a basic side dish, but personally, it is the softest buckwheat jeon I have ever had, so it is good as an appetizer before meals.
7. I ordered hot pot rice, but if I put it in the bowl, the boss or staff came and made it myself and gave it to me (convenient and good)
8. It tasted like spicy, so it became mellow and sweet, but I am still satisfied.
It's good for those who can't eat spicy, so I want to eat spicy personally next time.
9. The restaurant itself is inside the residential area, so the alley is a bit confusing when you first go
10. Convenient parking in front of the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대구 매운갈비 스타일과는 다른 국물 매운갈비 자꾸 먹다보면 매운맛이올라오는 정도. 국물은 중독성있어요. 기존과는 다른 특이하고 중독성있는 맛집이에요.
Different from the style of Daegu spicy ribs, the spicy taste rises when you keep eating spicy ribs. The broth is addictive. It is a unique and addictive restaurant that is different from the previous ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오랜만의 방문했어요. 새단장하고 처음방문인데 깔끔하네요. 쪽갈비맛은 부드럽고 맛있어요. 직접 먹어보셔야 합니다. 매운것을 좋아 하시는 분들은 매운맛 상을 선택하세요. 중간맛은 신라면정도의 매운맛일꺼예요. 중간맛은 개인적으로는 맵지 않음. 곤드레밥과 함께 먹기를 추천합니다. 양이 많으니 나눠서 드셔도 됩니다. 식전에 메밀전이 서비스로 나옵니다. 양념간장에 찍어서 먹으면 맛있고, 남은 양념간장으로 곤드레밥에 나물과함께 비벼서 먹으면 정말 맛있어요. 보통은 쪽갈비 양념과 드시겠지만 반반씩해서 들어보세요.
It's been a long time since I visited. It's my first visit since it's refurbished and it's clean. The ribs are soft and delicious. You must try it yourself. If you like spicy food, choose the spicy one. The medium taste will be as spicy as Shin Ramyun. Medium is not spicy for me personally. It is recommended to eat with gondrebap. The portion is large, so you can share it. Buckwheat pancakes are served before meals. Dip it in the seasoned soy sauce and eat it, and it is really delicious when you use the leftover seasoned soy sauce to mix it with the greens on the rice. Usually, you can eat it with the ribs seasoning, but try half and half.
