Busan is the only middle school in Centum City I have the highest education in my middle school.

It is a school with a baseball department, and one of the schools that has become a high school district in Busan.

It was opened in 2006 as a public coeducational middle school located in Centum City, Jaesong-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan. As a brother school, Centum Elementary School and Centum High School are located not far from each other. As of 2021, there are 407 first-year students, 433 second-year students, and 386 third-year students, making it the middle school with the largest number of students in Busan. Despite the continued low birth rate, Centum Middle School has an increasing number of students every year, unlike schools where the school-age population is shrinking. Due to the nature of having a baseball club as an athletic club, there are commuters from the baseball club who live far away, and the proportion of transfer students at Centum Elementary School is high. Even at nearby Songsu Elementary School, the percentage of students wishing to attend Centum Middle School is overwhelming, because there is a strong tendency for parents with high educational enthusiasm to gather in the Centum City area. However, overcrowding is not a serious problem as many students transfer to other schools due to overcrowding after admission. Graduates of Centum Elementary School are allotted to this school, and Songsu Elementary School graduates can be assigned to Centum among those who wish to do so. In 2019, the total number of students reached 1,200, and this is the only school with 1,200 students among all middle schools/high schools in Busan. In particular, due to the lack of classrooms, many of the special rooms were closed and converted into classrooms. As a special fact, electricity is drawn from the IS tower (Centum Sky Biz) next door. The reason is that IS Tower decided to subsidize electricity bills instead of building a high-rise building next to it. In 2020, 76 students went on to private high schools, and about 20% of the graduates were second only to Peniel in Kukje Middle School. Busan 3rd place Centum Elementary School is a school where 100% of students go to school, and the only apartment that can be admitted to Centum Elementary School is Centum Park Centum Star.
