Sundae soup is clean. It may not suit the taste of those who like franchise soup, but it seems like a good restaurant for those who want to eat a little less stimulating.

Since I live near this house, I come here alone and with friends, and I come here often. It is located in a more secluded residential area behind the main road, close to City Hall/Rose Village if you live nearby. There are 10 to 12 tables for 4 people inside. The table is attached, but there is a transparent partition to prevent corona. Due to the corona virus, the congestion level is about 50% even in the evening. The boss(s) are a married couple, and the wife is in charge of the kitchen and the husband is in charge of the serving & counter. The main menu items are sundae soup, sundae soup set meal, gomtang, assorted meat/meat soup, native sundae, and sake soup. There are side dishes such as cockle bibimbap, bean sprout soup, bean noodles, and pickled vegetables, but I haven't tried it yet. Speaking of table setting, there are cutlery boxes and tissue boxes, as well as teapots, perilla, salt, and pepper shakers (bottles). Due to the nature of the soup, which is boiled and served in a pot, the waiting time is about 5 to 10 minutes. This time, I ordered the sundae soup, and my party ordered the sundae soup set meal. The difference between the set meal (11,000 won) and the sundae soup (8,000 won) is that the set meal comes with a small plate of head meat and sundae. Sundae soup is very hot as it is boiling when it comes out, so it is recommended to add perilla, salt, and daisy, mix well, and cool it a little before eating. To evaluate the food: 1. The quantity is huge. Although the price of sundae soup has increased from 7,000 won to 1,000 won, it is still very good value for money. There is a lot of meat in the soup. Seems like 40% more than other houses. If you empty the entire bowl of rice, you are really full. The meat in the soup is 70% head meat and 30% sundae. Personally, I like the head meat. The liver is not even designed to do it on its own. The side dishes that come with it are cabbage kimchi, kimchi paper, red pepper & onion, salted shrimp, soybean paste, and a plate of leek. The refills are self-service, but since the quantity is so large, I have never completely emptied the side dishes. Oh, of course, it can be packed, and in this case, it takes an additional 3-5 minutes. No additional cost. When packaged, the soup comes out in a large plastic bowl, meat and vegetables in plastic bags, and seasonings in small containers. At the end of the checkout, there are candy and vending machine coffee, so please bring/draw one by one. It's a long post, but it's a good place to visit if you live nearby.

The soup is neat, there is no catch. The meat and texture are good. Especially meat is a lot and the contents are plentiful. I also followed kimchi and other side dishes. Parking is a little uncomfortable, but it is level that parking is possible.

I went in to get my passport and went into this house without much thought, but it looks like the best sundae soup I've ever eaten. It's light and the ingredients are clean.
