T	Tyler Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 다른 사이트 선예약 처리가 늦었다며 예약 4시간 뒤에 취소를 하고 죄송하다는 말한마디 없이 그냥 이렇게 됐으니 알아서 하라는 태도가 너무 불쾌했습니다. 예약 받는 일도 결국 사람이 하는거라 예약 취소는 불쾌하지만 이해는 합니다. 하지만 최소 사과라도 정중히 해줬으면 이렇게 불쾌감을 드러내지도 않았을 것 입니다. 전화를 주실때도 어디인지 누구인지 정확히 밝히지도 않고 “스터디 카페인데요” 이건 무슨 행동인지... 퀴즈내는 것도 아니고 어딘지 제가 맞췄네요. 예약 실수는 할 수 있지만 서비스 태도는 좀 고쳐줬으면 좋겠습니다. 실수 때문에 당사자는 다시 다른 장소 모색하는데 또 시간을 허비하는데 미안한 기색 없이 어버버하는 모습이 매우 좋지 않았습니다.
