★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 커피가 참 맛있어요! 플랫화이트 마셨는데 좋았습니다~ 다만 까눌레가 영 이상해서 비추천입니다! (안이 촉촉한 게 아니고 밀가루 떡인 상태로 덜 익은 느낌이라 겉면만 먹었어요;;)
 The coffee is so good! I drank flat white and it was good~ But it is not recommended because the canule is weird! (I ate only the outside because it wasn't moist inside, it was wheat flour rice cakes, and it felt like it wasn't ripe;;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 날씨 좋은 날 야외 테이블에서 차 한잔 할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 커피는 전반적으로 좋았는데 같이 주문한 까룰레는 좀 아쉬웠어요. 속반죽이 약간 떡진 느낌이었어요.
It was nice to have a cup of tea at an outdoor table on a nice day. The coffee was good overall, but the carule we ordered together was a bit disappointing. The inside dough felt a little bit thick.

숙소 근처 카페가 여기 뿐인 것 같아서
검색해봤는데 후기가 너무 좋아서
체크아웃하고 잠깐 테이크아웃으로 들렸다?
개인적으로 로스터스라고 써진 카페들을 선호하는데
뭔가 프라이드 있고 내공이 느껴진달까...?!
게다가 여긴 커피만 집중판매가 아니라
베이커리는 아우어 느낌으로 있고~
케이크도 피오니 느낌으로 있다.
버터프레첼이랑 아이스라떼 함께 먹었는데
아우어보다 훨씬 빵은 부드럽고
버터도 과하지 않다.
원두 종류도 많아서
디카페인 마시고 싶었는데 있어서 좋았고
그 이름이 “편안한” 이라서 더 좋았다.
다음에 광주 가게 되면 앉아서
여유롭게 이것 저것 시켜먹어보고 싶다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 게스트바리스타 행사로 처음 가보게 된 카페304에요. 커피가 맛있기로 유명한 304에서 행사까지 하니 사람이 매우 많았어요.
행사 특별 메뉴가 있었는데 가격은 비싼편이었어요. 에스프레소를 마셔본적이 없는데 이 곳에서 처음 마셔본 에스프레소는 이게 커피구나! 라는 것을 느꼈어요. 처음엔 행을 맡고 이후에 잔을 돌려서 크레마를 깨서 마시기. 이후에 설탕을 1/3 넣어서 쓴맛없이 마시기. 텁텁함 없이 감칠맛이 나는 커피였어요.
커피를 주문하고 받을때 어떻게 마셔야하는지 섬세하게 하나씩 설명주셔서 알고마시니 더욱 맛있는 것도 같았어요. 두개의 다른 원두에서 각 특징이 잘 나와서 어울러지는 것도 좋았어요. 천혜향과 청도같은 맛이 나는 원두는 어떨지 궁금했는데 신기하게도 딱 그맛이 나더라구요.
This is Cafe 304, where I first went to a guest barista event. From 304, famous for its delicious coffee, to the event, there were a lot of people.
There was a special event menu, but the price was on the high side. I've never had espresso, but the first espresso I've ever had at this place is coffee! I felt that Take the row first, then turn the glass to break the crema and drink. Afterwards, add 1/3 of the sugar and drink without bitterness. It was a flavorful coffee with no bitterness.
When ordering and receiving coffee, he explained in detail how to drink it one by one, so it was even more delicious to drink it knowingly. It was also good that each characteristic of the two different beans came out well and went well together. I wondered how the beans would taste like Cheonhyehyang and Cheongdo, but strangely, they tasted just like that.
