★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 원동지역 일원이 악취로 인하여 생활하기 힘든 곳입니다. 특히 부영3차 5차가 제일 심합니다. 포항에서 청림2동과 더불어 환경오염원으로부터 가장 노출이 많이된 곳입니다. 아파트 구조 또한 좋지 못합니다. 동향이 기본이라 여름은 덥고, 겨울은 춥습니다. 건축자재 또한 싼 것을 사용하여 A/S 품목이 해를 거듭해서 늘어나고 있습니다. A/S 또한 원활하지 못합니다. 층간, 벽간 소음이 심합니다. 마감 또한 무개념으로 되어 있습니다. 인근 생활편의시설 구비여부를 제외하고는 최악의 포항 아파트입니다.

In Pohang, along with Cheongnim 2-dong, it is the most exposed area from environmental pollutants. The apartment structure is also poor. The trend is basic, so summers are hot and winters are cold. Construction materials are also cheap, and A/S items are increasing over the years. A/S is also not smooth. There is a lot of noise between floors and walls. The deadline is also non-concept. This is the worst Pohang apartment, except for the availability of nearby amenities.
