店がわかりづらい所にある。東大門などと違い、日本語は一切通じない、トイレは別の建物で汚い。。。のがマイナスポイント。
でもこの周辺では生レバー食べられるのはこことあと数店のようなので、貴重な存在。
レバ刺しは、お通しとして出来ますので、注文しなくてオッケーです！
私は幸いながら食中毒なりませんでしたが、そこは各自の責任で。なんせ、あまり綺麗な店ではないので。。

ホルモンで有名な弘大にあるホルモン屋。
かなり人気があるので混みは必須。
オーダーは基本的に肉を選ぶ感じになる。
写真の前菜系はどれを頼んでも付いてくる。
衝撃的なのはレバ刺しとセンマイ刺しはデフォルトで付いてくる。
これがまたうまく、これだけでも十分価値あり。
今回はホルモン盛り合わせを頼んだが、これがまたボリューミー。
頼みすぎは厳禁。
そして、一気に入れて、焼き台を傾け油を取り除きながら焼く、日本にはないスタイルも目を惹く。
味はもちろん◎
〆は流行りのポックンパで。
