J	Jehoon Jeong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전반적인 음식의 퀄러티는 냄새없고 맛있습니다. 다만 내부직원의 CS는 개선여지가 많아보이는 사업장입니다. 선결제 요청했더니 식사하고 하지 왜 지금하냐고 반문하는 직원, 가스 떨어져 교체해달라고 하니, 본인이 문앞에 숨겨둔 것을, 문 앞에 있으니 호출하지 마시고, 셀프로 교체하시라는 태도. 그 앞에 원래 있다는 설명도 애초에 없었네요. 음식점 내부규정이 셀프로 운영되었다면 이해 가능하지만, 당연히 그 음식값에 서비스값도 마땅하게 지불하고 이용하는 사람이 고객입니다. 사장님께서 이 글을 보신다면, 어떤 직원이 이렇게 했는지 파악하셨으리라 생각하고, 지역사회에서 소문난 음식점으로 자리잡으시려면, 한번쯤은 다시 한번 되돌아봐주시기를 부탁드립니다. The overall food quality is odorless and delicious. However, the CS of internal employees is a workplace that has a lot of room for improvement. When I asked for advance payment, the employee asked me why I didn't eat now. When I asked for a replacement because the gas ran out, I had the attitude that I had hidden in front of the door, so do not call and replace it by yourself. There was no explanation in the first place that it was in front of it. It is understandable if the restaurant's internal regulations were operated by themselves, but of course, the customer is the person who pays the service price for the food and uses it. If the boss reads this article, I think you will understand what kind of employee did this, and in order to establish itself as a well-known restaurant in the local community, please take a look back at least once.
