메뉴는 차이스타일양갈비와, 두백뇨끼를 먹었는데
이곳 뇨끼는 다른집 뇨끼와 차이가 있어요
쫄낏한 식감보단 포슬포슬한 감자이고 크림소스와 매우 잘 어울립니다. 다른분들이 너무 느끼하다는 후기를봐서 걱정했는데 오히려 포슬포슬한 식감과 너무 잘 어울리는 찐한 맛이였어요.
양갈비는 고수빼달라고했고 고기자체에 간이 너무 잘되있어서 고기만 먹어도 맛있었습니다.
양냄새 전혀안나고 향신료맛도 강하지않아서 강추하는 메뉴. 그외에 술과 디저트는 페어링해주시는데로 먹으면 됩니다^^믿고 맡기는곳

The menu was Chai Style Lamb Ribs and Dubaek Gnocchi.
The gnocchi here is different from other gnocchi.
It is a soft potato rather than a chewy texture and goes very well with cream sauce. I was worried because other people said it was too greasy, but it had a soft texture and a steamy taste that went well with it.
I asked for the lamb ribs to be removed, and the meat itself was so well seasoned that it was delicious to eat just the meat.
The menu is highly recommended as it doesn't smell of lamb at all and it doesn't have a strong spice taste. Other than that, you can eat alcohol and dessert as they are paired ^^ A place you can trust
