오	오렌지우비 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 튀김에 공을 들이고, 캐러멜라이즈 된 구운 양파로 향미를 더한 것은 좋았으나 기본적으로 고기가 맛이 있지 않으면 돈가스는 맛이 없을 수 밖에 없다. 사실상 본사에서 주는 재료로 만들 수 밖에 없는 프렌차이즈 가게이기에 재료의 선택권이 없는 사업주에게 고기의 질을 따지기는 너무나도 죄송하지만 사업주 입장에서도 본사에 좋은 고기를 달라고 요구는 좀 하셔야 되지 않나 싶다. 제주도 돼지고기를 쓰는 것이 중요한 것이 아니라 경기도 돼지고기를 써도 좋으니 육질이 보다 좋은 돼지고기를 쓰시는 것이 추후 가게의 발전에도 좋으실 것이라고 생각한다. 그리고 가능하다면 샐러드 소스와 밥 짓는 쌀도 다른 것으로 바꿔보시는 게 어떨까 한다. 훨씬 맛있는 돈가스를 제공하실 수 있는 실력이 충분히 있으신 것 같은데 안되고 있는게 안타깝다. It was good to put some effort into tempura and add flavor with caramelized grilled onions, but if the meat is basically not tasty, the pork cutlet will have no choice but to taste. In fact, it is a franchise store that has no choice but to make it with ingredients provided by the head office, so I am very sorry to consider the quality of meat to a business owner who does not have a choice of ingredients. It is not important to use Jeju-do pork, but it is okay to use Gyeonggi-do pork, so I think using pork with better meat quality will be good for the future development of the store. And if possible, how about changing the salad sauce and the rice to be cooked with different ones? You seem to have enough skills to provide a much tastier pork cutlet, but it's a pity that it's not working.
성	성밴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기대 없이 먹었는데 등심 원육 상태가 좋고 튀김정도도 좋았다. 커트러리도 잘 들고 이것저것 많이 신경 쓰신 게 느껴져서 기분 좋은 식사 자리였다. I ate it without expectations, but the raw sirloin was in good condition and the tempura was good. The cutlery was well prepared and it felt like a lot of attention was paid to this and that, so it was a pleasant meal.
