★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 이용하실거면 정말 계약서 잘 보셔야 되요. 곳곳에 독소조항들이 숨어있습니다. 비가와서 누수가 되도 카페24성수점은 일절 보상을 안해줍니다.
이용자가 불편할때는 살살 넘기려고 하고, 나가려고 하면 정말 모든걸 다 뒤집어 씌웁니다. 여러 임차인들이 당해서 몇몇은 소송중에 있습니다. 꼭 들어가실거면 정말 계약서 꼼꼼하게 읽어보셔야 되요. 만약 중도에 나가시게 되면 어마어마하게 폭탄 던집니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지금 이용중인데 센터안에 공간활용할수있는곳이 많아서 업무보기에 좋습니다. 창고도 있어 재고관리도 수월하구요 센터중간에 큰 공용공간이있어 답답하면 나와서 업무봐도되고 간단한미팅도할수있어서 요즘같은 코로나시대에 이용하기에는 안성맞춤입니다. 추천드립니다.
