직화 불맛이 잘 들어간 깊은 감칠맛. 간 잘 밴 면을 먹다 보면 밥을 말아 먹게 만드는 마성. 이후에는 짬뽕 나오자 마자 밥 반공기 시켜서 뜨거울때 밀이 넣어서 먹는 버릇이 생김.
사실 리뷰 안쓰는데 사람 많이 지면 곤란해 질 것 같은 그런 짬뽕집임
탕수육 역시 찹쌀 탕수육으로 찍먹 보단 부먹으로 조금 시간을 놔두면
탕수육 본연의 쫀득 쫀득을 제대로 느낄 수 있음

A deep umami flavor with a good direct fire taste. When you eat well seasoned noodles, it makes you roll up rice. After that, as soon as the champon comes out, the rice is half-aired, so when it's hot, wheat is added to it.
Actually, I don't write reviews, but it's a champon restaurant that seems to be difficult if there are a lot of people.
The sweet and sour pork is also not dipping with glutinous rice and sweet and sour pork.
You can feel the natural stickiness of sweet and sour pork properly

백짬뽕은 불내는 나지만 육수가 진하지는 않네요
단무지는 아주 맛나네요.
Red Jjamppong is spicy than I thought.
White Jjambbong is hot, but the broth is not thick.
Pickled radish is very tasty.

?평 : 버스정류장 앞에 위치하여 교통편은 괜찮습니다.
짬뽕은 주문과 함께 조리가 시작되어 시간은 조금 걸리지만 면을 제외한 재료들이 아주 많은 점들이 너무 좋습니다. 불향가득하고 속 재료들은 싱싱하고 국물은 진하고 칼칼하여 해장에도 좋을 것이라 생각됩니다. 면은 다른 짬뽕들과는 다르게 얇은편이지만 이 집만의 특색이라 생각되며 맛에 있어서는 추천드릴 수 있을 것같습니다.
원래 홀서비스에 대해서는 별 말 안하지만 홀 응대는 식사전 입맛을 떨어뜨릴정도로 아쉬웠습니다.
?총평 : 맛과 가성비 둘 다 잡았다고 생각되는 동네 짬뽕 가게입니다.

?Pyeong: It is located in front of the bus stop, so transportation is fine.
Jjamppong starts cooking upon ordering, so it takes a little time, but the fact that there are so many ingredients other than noodles is so good. It is full of incense, the ingredients are fresh, and the soup is thick and sharp, so I think it would be good for haejang. The noodles are thin unlike other champon, but I think this is a unique feature of this house and I can recommend it in terms of taste.
Originally, I didn't say much about the hall service, but the reception in the hall was so disappointing that I lost my appetite before eating.
? Overall Review: This is a local jjamppong restaurant that seems to have both taste and cost-effectiveness.
