★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고기는 많이 두툼하고 잡내도 없으며 식재료 관리나 내부관리는 깔끔합니다. 카츠가 기름이 덜빠져 너무 느끼했고 중간중간 덜익어서 많이 아쉬웠네요
The meat is very thick and there is no smell, and the management of ingredients and internal management is neat. The katsu didn't drain the oil so it felt too good, and it was a pity that it was undercooked in the middle.

All of my clothes had smell of oil as it was an open kitchen.
I had to shower as soon as I got home
