★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 역삼역에 거의 붙어 있어 접근성은 좋으나 비지니스 빌딩으로 일반인들의 관심을 끌 만한 아이템은 없음. 가장 안좋은 점은 빌딩 앞쪽과 옆쪽에 있는 입구 주변에 흡연자들로 인해 보행 시 매우 불쾌함.
Since it is almost attached to Yeoksam Station, it is easily accessible, but there is no item that attracts the general public as a business building. Worst of all, it's very unpleasant to walk due to smokers around the entrance to the front and side of the building.

지하 구매식당 및 치과, 1층 CU편의점, 2층 아티제 카페 있으며, 나머지 사무실이다.
It is located in SI Tower and is not connected to the subway station.
There is a purchase restaurant and dentistry in the basement, CU convenience store on the 1st floor, Artisé cafe on the 2nd floor, and the rest of the offices.
