★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very dissatisfied with this tour agency. First, one of their listed phone numbers goes to some other company that can't help with reservations. Also, once I finally called the right number, they were unsure whether or not the reservation would be possible. So I waited until the next morning, confirmed the reservation around 9 am, checked out of my hotel early and went to the bus stop.The previous day I had asked for directions to the pickup location. The lady was sorta vague. She said the bus stop was in front of METRO exit 3. It's in front of KTX TRAIN exit 3. Metro exit 3 is sitting back away from the street on the lower level. You can't see the bus from there. Long story short I missed the bus (after calling several times to confirm the location) because she did a piss poor job of explaining and couldnt even take responsibility for her mistake ???
