양	양재영 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 종종 다니던 음식점이었는데 코로나 시국이 진행될수록 하나씩 줄어드는것이 눈에 띄게 보임. 어묵들 데우는 기계를 꺼놓아서 어묵이 차가워 먹을수가 없음. 손님이 왔음에도 불구하고 가계의 불을 꺼놓아서 어두움. 떡볶이를 만들어 먹는데 재료가 점점 줄었다. 특히 떡볶이 소스와 볶음밥을 해먹을 재료가 많이 사라졌다. 재료들을 몇날씩 재탕해놓는 것 같다. 특히 밥이 3일된 밥처럼 상태가 좋지 않다. 튀김종류에 사용하는 전열기룰 껏다가 켜는것 같이 튀김의 겉이 다 갈라져서 튀김 내부가 보일 정도이다. 가스불을 사용하는데 가스옆에 기름때가 끼인것이 눈에 보일 정도이다. 전체적으로 위생이 많이 의심되는 수준이다. 음식들의 위생이 의심스럽고 차가워서 먹을 수가 없는 수준이라 음식을 남겼더니 남기면 환경부담금이 부과될 수 있다면서 사장님은 현재 가계 상황에 문제에 대해서 어떠한 관심도 가지고 있지 않은 듯하다. 예전에는 종종 들렀지만 다시는 가고싶지 않은 곳이다. 개인적으로는 신고해서 위생관리를 해야 할 것 같은 식당이다. The fish cakes heating machine is turned off, so the fish cakes are cold and cannot be eaten. Even though the guests came, it was dark because the lights in the household were turned off. I was making tteokbokki, but the ingredients were getting less and less. In particular, many ingredients for making tteokbokki sauce and fried rice have disappeared. It seems that the ingredients are reheated for a few days. In particular, the rice is not as good as the 3 days old rice. As if turning on and off the electric heater used for tempura types, the outside of the tempura is cracked so that you can see the inside of the tempura. I use a gas fire, and it is visible enough to see oil stains on the side of the gas. Overall, hygiene is highly questionable. The hygiene of the food is questionable and the food is at a level that it is impossible to eat because it is cold, so if you leave food behind, you may be charged an environmental charge. It's a place I've been to before, but never want to go again. Personally, it is a restaurant that needs to be reported and sanitary management.
