★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 우선.,연습실 대여료가 다른 곳에 비해 저렴하여 좋고, 경복궁역 바로 앞에 있으니 교통도 편리하며, 이전에 갤러리였던 곳이었던 덕에 그림 작품들이 다수 걸려있고 쌓여있는데다가 내부 인테리어도 멋스러움이 있어 방문자들을 기분좋게 해주는것같다.
단지, 전용 주차공간이 없는데, 밤에는 서울지방경찰청 근처 길가에 주차를 할수있긴 하다..
