장전현대2차는 매물 전세 달세가 잘 나오지않기로 유명합니다. 인터넷 매물정보 확인 후 부동산에 문의해보면 몇집없고 같은집이 여러게로 온라인상에 올려져있었습니다.
남향 33평형 코너집들(네모반듯하지않는ㄱ자형)은 구조가 별로라 매물이 다른집에 비해 잘 나오는 편입니다. 그 대신 가격이 아주 저렴한 장점점이 있고,
동향33평형(네모반듯한 구조)은 귀한물건이라 매물이 거의 나오지 않고 남향33평형 코너집들에비해 같은조건에서 8천만원에서 1억원정도 더 비싸더라구요~ 같은평형도 잘 보고 속지말고 구매 하세요~~

네이버 부동산이나 인터넷에 나오는 매물들은 대부분 코너에 위치한 이상한 구조의 매물들이니 반드시 현장을 확인 후 부동산 거래를 해야 합니다.
그리고 이곳은 33평형의 경우 , 동향이 뷰가 좋고 선호도가 높으며,
남향은 실제로 건물에 막힌 코너구조라 아주 거주환경이 취약합니다.
실제 거주자의 만족도가 엄청 높은 부산대를 지척에 둔 캠퍼스 아파트~!!!!!
