★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 곱창전골 본연의 진한 곱과 섞인 맛이 나고 짜지 않은 국물 소주한잔하기 최적의 안주임 탱탱한 우동사리 포함 착한 가격까지 곱창을 너무 잘게 자른 것은 호불호가 있을 듯 합니다.
Gopchang hotpot has a flavor mixed with the original thick giblets and is not salty. It is the best side dish for a glass of soju. With firm udon noodles, it seems that there are some likes and dislikes about cutting the giblets too finely at a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1호점보다 더 넓고 쾌적한 2호점에 방문해서 식사를 먹게되었어요. 곱창전골 소 를 시키고 금방 음식이 나왔어요. 처음에는 국물이 없고 양념에 절여져나오는데 끓으면서 야채에 있는 물이 생기며 전골이 만들어져요. 국물이 없으면 육수 더 주시기도 하십니다. 여러 야채가 골고루 들어가서 식감도 좋았고, 신선한 재료들을 써서 누린내도 나지않았습니다. 곱도 꽉 차있었고, 특이하게 우삼겹도 같이 들어가있었어요. 국물도 전혀 자극적이지않고 깔끔했어요. 전체적으로 재료 밸런스가 좋았습니다. 먹다가 볶음밥 볶아서 먹었는데 볶음밥도 맛있었어요. 저희는 낮술 마시러가서 조금 천천히 먹었는데 직원분이 친절하시긴 했는데 왜 빨리 먹지않냐고 지금 먹어도 된다고 몇번 말하시더라구요. 천천히 소주 안주하고 싶었는데.. 빨리 나가라는 압박으로 느껴졌어요. 무튼 그거말고는 오픈주방이라 얼마나 깨끗한지보이고, 전체적으로 직원분들이 친절하셨어요.
I had a meal by visiting the 2nd store, which is more spacious and comfortable than the 1st store. I ordered the gopchang hotpot and the food came out quickly. At first, there is no broth and it is pickled in seasoning, but as it boils, water in the vegetables is created and a hot pot is made. If there is no broth, they give you more broth. Various vegetables were evenly mixed and the texture was good, and there was no smell of enjoyment by using fresh ingredients. The meat was full, and, oddly, pork belly was also included. The broth was not spicy at all and it was clean. Overall, the material balance was good. I ate fried rice while eating, and the fried rice was also delicious. We went for a drink during the day, so we ate slowly. The staff was friendly, but he said several times why he didn't eat quickly and said that he could eat right now. I wanted to drink soju slowly, but I felt pressure to leave quickly. Anyway, other than that, it's an open kitchen, so you can see how clean it is, and the staff was friendly overall.
