★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 굉장히 불친절함. 처음에 전화받은 나이 있어보이는 남자직원부터 긴급재난 생활비 관련 전화연결받은 젊은 남자직원에 이르기까지. 그 젊은 남자직원은... 내가 상황을 설명하는 처음부터 계속 한숨 푹푹 쉬면서 설명해주기 귀찮고 빨리 끊고 싶어하는 눈치를 팍팍 보이더니 결국 끊었음. 다음에도 이러면 이름을 적어놨다가 불친절직원으로 고발할 것임.
Very unkind. From male employees who seem to be older at the beginning of the phone call to young male employees who have been connected by phone to the emergency cost of living. The young man's staff ... I started taking a break from the beginning of explaining the situation, and bothered to explain it quickly. If you do this again, you will write down your name and complain as an unkind employee.
