★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 처음에 어디서 부터 어떻게 접근을 해야 할지 몰라 무작정 부동산 문을 열고 들어가서 상담을 하였습니다. 이 지역에 대해서 잘 모르기 때문에 눈뜬 장님처럼 두렵고 암담하기만 했습니다. 첫날 그리고 두번째 세번째 방문을 하고 사장님의 진심어린 마음이 점 점 저의 마음을 움직였습니다. 아주 친절하고 자영업자들의 입장을 충분히 고려하고 지역의 특성과 동선 입지등 상권 분석을 잘해주셔서 세번째 날 계약을 잘 하게 되었습니다. 지금은 장사도 아주 잘되고 같은 업종이 바로 길목 돌아서 있지만 매출은 누가봐도 저희 가게가 더 찍고 있다는 것을 알수 있었습니다. 사장님이 소개도 많이 해주시고 홍보도 잘 해 주셔서 정말 감사하게 생각합니다.
