★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 직원관리 제대로 해야되네요.바나나우유를 샀는데 이게 새길래 교환해 달랬더니 무조건 제가 잘못했다고 하고 한참후에 새물건 주면서 바쁘다고 그냥 가지고 가라고 하네요. 아 그래도 손님인데 이런식으로 응대하면 될까요? 사장이든 점장이든 예기좀 하라고 하니 무조건 없다고 하고 이거 동내에서 하는 서비스업인데 서비스의 첫째는 직원친절인데 그것과는 아주 거리가 머네요. 너무 불쾌한쇼핑 이었어요.
I have to manage the staff properly here. I bought banana milk, but it leaked, so I asked for it to be exchanged, but I unconditionally said it was my fault, and after a while they gave me a new one and told me to just take it with me because I was busy. Oh, I'm still a guest, can I treat you like this? Whether it's the boss or the store manager, they say no, they say no, and it's a service business in the town. It was such an unpleasant shopping experience.
