간단한 배송조회차 전화드렸는데 총 3분의 다른 직원분이 각 각 전화를 받아 다들 다른 소리만 하시네요.
첫번째 직원 분 : 확인후 전화드리겟습니다. (이후 전화없음)
두번째 직원 분 : 저는 담당직원이 아니라 잘모르겟습니다. 추후 전화를 드려도 될까요?
세번째 직원 분 : (추 후 바로 전화가 옴) 다시 똑같은 배송문의 말씀을 드렸으나 돌아온 답변은 '저희가 담당부서가 아니라서요 배송팀으로 전화 주시겠어요?'
이 후에 배송팀으로 전화를 하자 세번째 직원분께서 전화를 받으시더니 정말 전혀 다른 부서 인척 상담을 해주시더라고요. 도대체 같은 사무실에 다 같이 계시는데 부서는 왜 나누는 걸까요? 그렇다고 해서 정확한 정보를 전달 받는것도 아닙니다. 돌아온 답변은약 2주정도 걸릴꺼에요~
렌탈 등록하면 누구보다 빠르게 접수 진행 해줍니다. 하지만 그 이후에는 전혀 신경쓰지 않으시네요.
 This is the worst counseling system.
I called for a simple delivery inquiry, but a total of 3 different employees answer each call and everyone only makes a different sound.
First employee: We will call you after confirmation. (No phone calls afterwards)
Second employee: I am not the employee in charge, but I don't know. May I call you later?
For the third employee: (A call comes immediately after a later call) The same delivery inquiries were answered again, but the answer returned was'Because we are not the department in charge. Could you please call the delivery team?'
After that, when I called the delivery team, the third employee answered the phone and asked me to pretend to be a different department. We all live together in the same office. Why do departments divide? That doesn't mean you're getting accurate information. The reply will take about 2 weeks
If you register for rental, it will be accepted faster than anyone else. But after that, you don't care at all.
