★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기존 칼차이나 폐업 후 같은 장소에 생긴 곳인데 비슷한 점들이 있군요. 마찬가지로 24시간 영업합니다.
저렴한 세트 메뉴도 있고 직접 만드는 독특한 면발을 내세우는 점도 그렇구요.
짬뽕의 시원하게 매운 국물이 참 좋습니다. 짜장은 고기를 갈아서 사용하는데 무난합니다.
탕수육은 튀김옷이 뻣뻣하네요. 눅눅한 건 아닌데 바삭하지 않고 퍽퍽합니다. 튀김옷 반죽의 농도 탓이 아닐까 싶고 그렇다면 반복될 가능성이 크니 다시 주문하긴 쉽지 않을 듯 싶네요.
제게는 칼차이나가 취향이라 아쉽네요.

Sweet and sour pork is stiff. It's not soggy but crunchy. I think it's because of the concentration of batter dough, and if so, it's likely to be repeated so it's not easy to order again.
It's too bad for me because I like Carl China.

친절하나 맛은 보통입니다
