★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 너무 익히면 육즙이 날아갑니다. 고기 맛잇구요.여러방법으로 먹을수 있어서 좋아요. 갠적으로 와시비에 씻은 묵은지 올려 먹는거 추천 합니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 안양 동편마을 입구 쪽에 위치한 육화몽 인덕원점.
인덕원역에서는 좀 떨어져 있는데 인덕원이 유명하니 인덕원점이라 부르는 듯.
점심메뉴가 따로 있었지만 두툼한 목살과 삼겹살이 땡겨서 갔던 곳이라.
점심메뉴는 패스~
기본 반찬에 있는 김치전이 꿀맛이었으며
상추무침등 모든 반찬의 맛이 좋았다.
삼겹살과 목살을 주문했는데 찍어먹을 수 있는 멜젓을 함께 올려주심.
삼겹살이나 목살 모두 만족스러웠는데 둘 중 하나를 꼽아야 한다면 무조건 목살!
목살이 진짜 부드러우며 맛있는 곳이었다.
후식으로 주문한 물냉면도 기대이상.
근처 사시는 분들께 강추!
Youkhwamong Indeokwon branch located at the entrance of Anyang Dongpyeon Village.
It's a bit far from Indeokwon Station, but Indeokwon is famous, so it seems to be called Indeokwon.
There was a separate lunch menu, but I went there because of the thick neck and pork belly.

The kimchi jeon in the basic side dish was delicious
All the side dishes such as lettuce seasoned taste were good.
I ordered pork belly and neck meat, but they served me with a mellow to eat.
I was satisfied with both the pork belly and the throat, but if I had to choose one of the two, I was unconditional!
The neck was really soft and delicious.
Mulnaengmyeon ordered for dessert is more than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 사람많고 정신없지만 삼겹살은 먹기에 무난. 시끌벅적해서 중간중간 재주문 및 반찬 추가 요청드리기가 어렵다. 고기를 한입크기로 잘라주시면 그때부터 알아서 잘 구워먹으면 되고 고기와 함께 먹을 반찬들이 많으나 김치 및 찌개들이 전체적으로 짠 편이었음. 김치전이 서비스인데 생각보다 맛있었고 칼비빔면은 칼국수면이라 일반적인 비빔면보다 면이 많이 굵어 고기와의 조화가 개인적으로는 기대 이하였음.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기존에는 직원분들이 전부 구워주시고 더 세심하게 신경써 주었지만, 코로나 이후 직원수를 줄인것으로 인해 서빙하시는 분 당 담당하는 테이블이 늘어나서 신경을 거의 못써준다는 점이 아쉬웠다.
파울러너 생맥주를 마시러갔었지만 현재는 안한다는 것도 너무 아쉬웠지만 고기는 맛있었다.
