BUT you pay extra for the amenities and mediocre coffee. And it's hard to find seating at popular times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It offers a great view. It has backyard seatings by a river, some indoor, and also a 2nd floor. The 2nd floor serves as a music room where good music plays...rather loudly. You...really cant talk much with your friends. Great if you're there really to enjoy music while looking at a great view. The coffee is mediocre and real expensive.
