1. 헤머스트렝스 기구 좋은거 씀
2. 스미스머신하고 렉이 몇개있고 공간 자체는 넓음
3. 가격이 저렴 월 4~5만원 옷 대여료 따로 안받음
4. 역 바로 앞이라 동선 좋음
단점
1. 트레이너들 pt하는 사람 말고는 관심이 전혀 없음 카운터보는 트레이너들도 인사 잘 안함(비교적 나이 많은 남자분들은 인사 잘하고 친절하나 아닌 사람들은 카운터에서 체크인하고있어도 멀뚱멀뚱 쳐다봄)
2. 저녁에 가면 사람이 많아 운동하기 힘듬 케이블이나 플라이머신 풀업머신쓰려면 눈치게임해야됨 낮엔 안가봐서 모르겠음
3. 그와중에 트레이너가 컴파운드한다고 기구 두개 쓰는 경우 더러있음
 Advantages
