고기는 기본적으로 숙성이 되서 나오지만 숙성의 기간이 짧은건 좀 아쉬운편
김치말이국수는 물이 월등히 낫다

고기를 너무 잘게자르다보니
좋은 원육의 육즙도 지키기 힘들어진다
시원한 조개탕에 소주를 기울이기는 좋을듯 하다
