★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30평대 후반~50평대의 큰 평형으로 세대가 구성돼 있어 주차공간이 많고 단지 내 공간이 여유롭게 배치돼 있어 붐비지 않아서 좋아요. 지하철 1호선 송내역과 7호선 상동역 사이에 단지가 위치하고 있어 1호선, 7호선 이용이 편리함. 단지 옆에 길을 안 건너도 갈 수 있는 초등학교, 중학교가 있고 단지 옆에 석천공원이 있어서 저녁에 산책 및 운동하기 아주 좋아요. 또한 단지 내에 차가 못 다니는 도로가 일부 있어서 아이들 자전거랑 킥보드 타기 안전하고 좋아요. 건설사는 벽산, 선경, 삼익이었습니다.

Also, there are some roads in the complex where cars cannot go, so it is safe and good to ride children's bicycles and kickboards. Construction companies were Byucksan, Sunkyung, and Samik.
