★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont recommend this place. I went there to get prescribed of a certain medicine since I had had an exam 2 weeks previously regarding it but the doc said not to prescribe the medicine unless I take another exam, saying because the exam two weeks ahead wudnt b valid by the time. OK. Fair enough I agreed but I told him to come another day cuz the day I didnt have enough time for an exam, All this talk took a minute but I was required to pay for the consultation fee abt ₩4,000 after all. I basically didnt have any medical consultation. I complained but the receptionist mechenically anwered I must pay, not even looking at my eyes but like a robot. The facility however is spacious, clean & organized.
그냥처방하나받으러갔는데, 초음파검사를 다시해야한다고하길래, 오늘은 바쁘니 그럼 다른날 다시오겠다하고 나왔는데, 상담진촬료로 4천원가량 청구하더군요. 아니 아무것도 한게 없고 다른날 다시오기로했는데 돈을 내야되요?라고 물었는데 사무적말투로 네하길래 걍 돈내고 그다음부터는 절대가지않았네요. 병원 규모는 아주 크고 잘 단장되어있습니다.
*엘리움산부인과가 맞습니다. 엘리움 소아과는 아닙니다. Yes, it is clearly Ellium OB clinic. Ellium has OB& gyn & pediatrics altogether, right?

I just went to get a prescription, but I said I had to go back to the ultrasound. Today, I'm busy. Then I came back the other day. I didn't do anything and decided to come back the other day. Do I have to pay? I asked you in a clerical way. The hospital is very large and well furnished.
* Elium gynecology is correct. It's not an eleum pediatric. Yes, it is clearly Ellium OB clinic. Ellium has OB & gyn & pediatrics altogether, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 원무과 전화 절대 안받습니다. 진료마감됐는지 확인할 방법이 절대 없습니다. 직접 방문해야되구요 원무과 여직원들 전화기 무음으로 해놓고 본인 일들만 처리하고 왜 전화 왜안받냐고 헛걸음한걸 따져도 처다보는둥 마는둥 기계적으로 불만 가득한 표정으로 죄송해요라고 하는데 정말 기분 불쾌하네요 이미 맘카페 같은곳에 소문이 날대로 났다더구요 황당합니다 어떻게 그딴식으로 대처를 하는지
I never take phone calls from the office. There is absolutely no way to check if the treatment has closed. I have to visit in person. The female staff members of the Administrative Department keep their phones on silent, only take care of their own affairs, and even if you ask me why I didn't answer the phone in vain, I stare at them with a mechanically dissatisfied expression on their face saying I'm sorry, but I feel really uncomfortable. I was born on this day. It's absurd, how do you deal with that
