고객이 1월11월 월요일에 물건을 보냈는데, 금요일이 되도록 못 받음.
기흥고매동 지점에 연락을 하니 전화 안받음
목요일 부터 현재(토요일)까지 100번 이상함
고객센터에 연락하니 물량 폭주로 토요일 쯤 납품가능 하다고함.
오늘 토요일 아침일찍 가서 물건을 찾으려고 1시간 기다림.
대표인지 직원인지 와서 택배송장 보여주니 오산동 지점 물건있는데가서 직접 찾으라고함(욕이 막 나옴)
가서보니 물건이 엄청 쌓여 있어서 찾기 불가능함
사무실가서 어떻게 찾냐하니깐 직원이 없어서 다음주중이나 받을수 있다고함..,응대가 아주 욕나옴
이것도 택배 서비스라고 하는건지..

He said how to find it after going to the office, so there is no employee, so he can get it next week.., the response is very insulting.
