★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BL: These guys are good and go here for your dental needs. The dental care is professional and the support staff knowledgeable on insurance and ability to communicate in English. My wife and I tried other dental shops around the Inchon, Itaewon and Yongsan districts...this is the one i recommend due to its detail of care, how the dentist team took time to explain the dental procedures, and the overall top-notch cleanliness of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, caring, and skilled staff. Excellent, clean, and modern facilities. Most importantly, they are understanding and accommodating of my severe dental anxiety and anxiety disorder. The hygienists and dentist explain what they are doing, let me take plenty of breaks, and allow me to be in control. I am so thankful I found them and fear going to the dentist a little less because of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm glad my implant procedure is finally over, but more importantly it was done at Global Dental Clinic. Implant surgery is a process rather than one time visit, so I took time to find the best place to get it done. I found this place through 10mag and went in for a consultation. The staff took time to explain everything I wanted to know and I was confident that they would handle the process well. For example, they were able to order a specific local anesthesia per my request which was very important for me!
During the procedure, Dr. Lee and the entire staff were very supportive and courteous. I liked how they informed me of each of their steps as they were doing them, so I wasn't just lying on the bed wondering what was going on. If you're looking for a five-star hotel kind of experience at the dentist, Global Dental Clinic is the one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think the reviews for this clinic were real. This place is a factory. I got rush into an x-ray before seeing the dentist. The dentist came for 2 mins poked a bit at my teeth, to tell me she would have to cut the sides my front teeth to make space for braces, and didn't offer any other options. When I asked if there are other options, she replied really rudely: "how else can we do it? You know with kids you have to pull their teeth out to make space." She really did not seem like she cared and just wanted to move to the next patient.. Not to mention we never used the x-ray I was rushed into.. Not a great experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today for an emergency root canal and I was absolutely terrified. Because, back in the US I've had some pretty unpleasant experiences. Well, not only did they do everything they could to make my experience as comfortable as possible. But, my dentist even went as far as to let me know what she was doing while she was doing it. She was very communicative and really did a great job. I'm giving her and this clinic 5 stars and will recommend this place because they were great.
