가브리살 (등심덧살) 너무 꼬들 꼬들 맛있었다
목살이야 워낙 유명하니 패스 일단 고기와 같이 먹을 반찬이 정갈하게 나온다. 다만 간이 조금 달짝 지근하다 그거야 개인 취향 돼지고기는 고반식당인것 같다

Gabrisal (sirloin deotsal) was so delicious
It's so famous that it's a throat, so the side dishes to eat with meat are neatly served. But the seasoning is a little sweet, that's why I think the pork for my personal taste is Goban restaurant.

뭔가를 씹고있는데 아무 맛도‥
생목살은 상당히 퍽퍽함
배도 안차고 기다린시간에 비해 먹은 시간이 짪아
삼겹살과 김치찌개 주문
삽겹살은 풍미도있고 괜챦으나
그렇다고 다른 삼겹살집과 비교해서 특별히 맛있진 않음
찍어먹는 소스는 죄다 맛없슴
그냥 소금 찍어먹었슴
김치찌개는 매우 맛없슴(거의남김)
명란밥 먹었는데 밥이 딱딱하고 간이 야함
여기까진 별두개정도 가능하나
맛을떠나 매장 서비스나 분위기가 더 문제임
1. 에어컨이 근처에 있어서 고기가 금방 마르고
딱딱해짐
2.가뜩이나 다소 시끄러운데 팦인지 가요인지
들릴듯말듯 한 음악까지 틀어서 소음가중
3.고기구워주는 서비스는 좋으나
굽는 알바분이 진득하게 계속 굽는게 아니라
뒤집고 계산, 서빙, 옆테이블 고기굽고 다시와서 뒤집고 또 갔다왔다 반복‥그사이에 고기는 오버쿡‥
손님까지 정신 없게만듬
4. 9시 조금 넘었는데 우리뿐아니라 다른 테이블도 식사중인데 마감하려 하는지 바로 옆 테이블위에다가 짬통같은거 올려놓고 먹다남은 음식들 짬처리 하는데 어이가‥

이정도 수준의 맛과서비스에 웨이팅이 있다는게
이해가 안갔으며
맛은 개인 호불호가 있기때문에 머라할순 없지만
식당서비스라는건 단순히 알바분들이
말을 예쁘고 친절하게 하는게 아니라
손님들이 식사하는데 해치는 분위기는 없는지
식당에서 애써 준비한 음식맛을 손님들이
느끼면서 식사할수있는지
펀한분위기에서 식사가능한지
고민하고 개선하는게 진정한 서비스라 생각됨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한해에 삼겹살 집을 어디를 가장 많이 갔었나 생각해 보면 .. 광교 고반식당입니다 !. 변함없어요! 여러가맹점이 있지만 늘 재료를 관리 잘하시는지 변함이 없어요^^
If you think about where you went to the pork belly restaurant the most in a year.. Gwanggyo Goban Restaurant!. No change! There are several merchants, but it doesn't change whether they always manage the ingredients well ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 굉장히 친절하십니다. 고기를 구워주어 참 좋습니다. 고반 커플세트를 시켰는데 둘이 먹기 충분할 것 같습니다. 숙성 생삼겹살 참 맛있습니다. 목살도 참 맛있습니다. 그리고 추천 해주시는 메뉴 중에 돈치맛살을 먹었습니다. 항정살을 생각하고 시켰는데 돈가스 두드린 것 처럼 얇고 넓게 고기가 펴진 느낌으로 나왔습니다. 삼겹살, 목살을 다 먹은 뒤에 먹어서 그런지 크게 맛있다는 생각은 들지 않았지만 식감이 참 좋았습니다. 그리고 함께나온 고사리가 참 맛있었습니다.
바로 옆 아브뉴 프랑에 있는 하남 돼지집과 비교 하지 않을 수가 없습니다. 하남 돼지집은 자주 가는 고깃집이고 고반은 처음 와봤는데 맛도 가격도 거의 비등비등한 것 같습니다. 다만 굳이 고기만 생각한다면 아직 하남돼지 집이 좀더 끌립니다. 하남이 세트메뉴가 더 많이 있어서 선택하기 좋고 고기 양도 조금 더 많은 느낌입니다. 하지만 하남은 계란찜을 서비스로 안준 것 같은데 고반은 계란찜을 서비스로 줘서 놀랐고 좋았습니다. 그리고 제 입맛에는 김치찌개는 고반이 좀더 맛있는 것 같습니다. 고반 물냉은 안먹어봤지만 하남 물냉은 맛이 없습니다. 하남과 더불어 참 맛있는 고깃집 입니다. 광교 월드스퀘에서 고기를 먹어야 한다면, 천지연 보다는 고반이 좋습니다. 천지연은 너무 불친절합니다.
He is very kind. The meat is grilled so it's great. I ordered a goban couple set, but I think it will be enough for them to eat. The aged raw pork belly is delicious. The neck is also very delicious. And one of the recommended menus, I ate pork cutlet. I thought about it and ordered it, but it came out with the feeling that the meat was spread out thinly and widely like pork cutlet. I didn't think it was very delicious because I ate it after eating the pork belly and neck, but the texture was very good. And the bracken served with it was very delicious.
We can't help but compare it to the Hanam pig house in Avenue Franc next door. Hanam Pork House is a meat restaurant that I visit often, and I've never been to Goban for the first time, but the taste and price seem to be almost boiling. However, if you only think about meat, the Hanam pork house is still more attractive. There are more set menus for Hanam, so it is good to choose and the amount of meat is a little more. However, Hanam doesn't seem to have given steamed egg as a service, but Goban was surprised and good. And to my taste, the kimchi stew is more delicious in Goban. I haven't eaten Goban watercress, but Hanam watercress doesn't taste good. It is a delicious meat restaurant with Hanam. If you have to eat meat at Gwanggyo World Square, Goban is better than Cheonjiyeon. Cheon Jiyeon is too unkind.

Interior: The interior seems a little small, considering how huge Korean BBQ place is nowadays. It makes me feel crowded.
Food: There are over five different sauces & spices to dip in your pork. In fact, the pork is so tender and juicy, you don't need those spices at all.
Extras: It feels overpriced, though the quality makes the price reasonable. Staffs are always there to grill the pork, thus the only thing you have to do is just relax and enjoy.
