★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've would have done this on a local page for the United States but I figure maybe I could get a little more attention if I did it straight for the headquarters I have tried to purchase a phone at least 10 times on Samsung's website here in the United States every time I order goes through and my financial credit is Approved Samsung cancels my order I've spent numerous hours on the phone and I'm very upset over this I've always owned a Samsung phone but am considering changing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is Ravi from Sri Lanka. I bought a new Samsung smart TV 32" 270 $ in Sri Lanka airport duty free shop. I checked it ok that time but came home fixed it the speakers not working. So I informed this matter to Samsung Authorities in Sri Lanka Sinhagiri pvt Ltd but they didn't have any answers the service is worst in Sri Lanka sole agent . I 've lost $ 270 so my dear customers in Sri Lanka think towice before purchasing Samsung products in Sri Lanka due bad of after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and the whole family have always used almost only Samsung technology for many years-from mobile phones to large household appliances. But now, you have betrayed your customers, chasing not clear and scanty, in comparison with the trust of people, benefits for their dealers. After you turned off the smart TV support in Russia and Belarus for TVs purchased abroad, I will throw out everything that is from Samsung and will never buy this brand again, not for myself or for children. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Samsung pay. but I refuse to upgrade past my note 9 till you make some changes to your ugly design choices. also some how I am unable to sign into Samsung pay even after changing my password and logging in via PC making my favorite feature useless after performing a factory reset in an attempt to get my rear camera to work again. side note, still broken. This is no fault of Samsung, I fear it is due to Ubreakifix and the workmanship they put into repairing my phone after I broke the screen in July. But this login issue is troublesome as also my phone number has changed from when I first setup Samsung pay but my Note 9 has been using its new number for almost 2 years along with Samsung pay and my publicly used number has remained the same (google voice) and I believe I would have used that as a contact number in the app
