G	Gastronomy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인천 송도에 위치한 스테이크 하우스. 새로 생긴 몰에 문을 열었다하여 방문함. 몰이 문을 연지 얼마 되지 않아 많이 비어있는데 이집은 장사가 잘 되는듯 함. 두번에 걸쳐 방문함. 보통의 스테이크집의 고기분류와 비슷하게 나뉘어 이ㅛ지만 접근성이 좋게 안심 꽃등심 채끝 티본 토마호크 등으로 나눠놓음. 전형적으로 고기와 소금 머스터드 정도만 나오고 가니시는 사이드로 주문 하는 미국식 스테이크 스타일. 채끝을 주문하고 가니시는 버섯과 아스파라거스를 주문함. 식전빵이 바게뜨를 가로로 잘라 마늘빵 처럼 만들었음. 빵이 생각 보다 부드러워 반미처럼 쌀이 들어간게 아닌가 싶을 정도임. 서브되는 스테이크 보자마자 느낌 뽝옴. 하도 먹어제꼈더니 이젠 사진만 봐도 나오는 첫모습만 봐도 맛이 있을지 없을지 감이 옴. 이건 시어링이 제대로 들어갔고 한국인이 좋아하는 딱 그 두께의 스테이크 임. 압구정의 장스테이크가 떠오름. 디시도 제대로 데워나와서 고기온도도 좋고, 로즈마리와 버터를 마지막에 잘 써서 풍미도 그득함. 이런건 소금 안찍고 먹어도 맛있음. 한수저 나온 매시드 포테이토 이게 또 별미임. 치즈를 때려넣었는지 치즈의 풍미가 아주 좋음. 두번째 방문에는 안심을 먹었음. 채끝이 더 나음. 콥샐러드 주문했는데 판체타와 버섯 아보카도 치즈 토마토의 씹는 느낌을 그득히 살려주었음. 매시드 포테이토를 사이드로 주문하여 퍼먹음. 이집은 유명해질듯. The dish is well warmed, so the meat temperature is good, and the rosemary and butter are well used at the end, so the flavor is full. This is delicious even if you don't take salt and eat it. The mashed potato that came out with a spoonful is another delicacy. The cheese flavor is very good as if the cheese was beaten. On the second visit, I ate tenderloin. The ends are better. 김	김동수 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 송도 타임스페이스에 위치해있는 스테이크집이다. 분위기랑 인테리어는 따뜻하고 아늑한 분위기여서 편안한 식사를 할 수 있는 배경이었다. 식전빵인 갈릭브레드도 나쁘지 않았고 식사로는 파스타2개, 립아이 1개, 채끝 1개, 크림브륄레 2개를 시켰다. 파스타 2개중 1개는 '오늘의 요리'로 주문하여 블랙타이거새우가 올라간 엔초비파스타가 나왔다. 개인적으로 이 파스타는 향은 좋았으나 멸치 씹히는 식감이 조금 so so했다.. 나머지 식사는 매우 만족했다. 직원 분들의 서비스도 매우 양호하여서 대접 받는 느낌이 났다. 여기 방문하면 와인이랑 디저트로 크림브륄레는 꼭 주문하는 것을 추천한다! Garlic bread, an aperitif, was also not bad, and for meals, I ordered 2 pasta, 1 rib eye, 1 stick, and 2 cream brulee. One of the two pastas was ordered as the 'today's dish', and the anchovies topped with black tiger prawns came out. Personally, this pasta smelled good, but the texture of the anchovies was so so.. The rest of the meal was very satisfying. The service of the staff was very good and I felt like I was being treated. If you visit here, we recommend ordering the creme brulee for wine and dessert!
