건물 내 헬스장까지 생활하기 편리함
Very convenient because it is directly through the subway
Baekban House, Japanese Restaurant, Korean Restaurant, Korean Restaurant, Sandwich, Mart, etc.
Paris Baguette, convenience store, Korean food, coffee shop, etc. on the first floor
Convenient to live up to the gym in the building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking lot, angry mad. B1 food court cluttered. Others are usual and mediocre. Daechung Garden and NakJi-Kalguksu are not bad, they have neat and tidy culinary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view, but awful insulation. Blazing in the summers, but worse... Freezing in the winter... Floor heating is electric only... So not useful cold and warm each step.
PROS:
-large rooms
-Directly over the subway station.
-GIANT Park "Maroo Park" behind building
-Emart Everyday in basement.(butcher can speak English)
-jjimjilbang in building
-dentist on 2nd floor (and cheap!) (English ✔️)
-nail salons, coffee shops
-super convenient.
CONS:
-Giant " building maintenance fee" that no one knows where it goes...
(no aircon in elevator most times) you're sweating.
(outdated bathrooms) (maroon everything)
(no one inforces smoking-rule, or pets.)
-bad insulation
-deathly cold room in the winter... I used extra room heaters, heating blankets... And had icicles form inside my windows.
