여긴 디너보다 런치.. 다양하게 나와 좋은데 셰프님들 넘왔다갔다 정신이 없음.

네타는 다양하고 좋은데 샤리가 너무 부드러운 느낌이었어요. 맛은 있는데 입안에서 쉽게 부스러지는 느낌 이랄까요? 일요일 런치는 2부제에 1시간 20분이라 약간 빠른듯한 느낌이에요.
The neta is various and nice, but the shari felt so soft. It tastes good, but it feels like it crumbles easily in your mouth? Sunday lunch is 1 hour and 20 minutes per part 2, so it feels a bit quick.

주말 디너 식사함 1. 양이 많았음. ✅ 평균 이상으로 잘 먹는 편이나, 사진 안찍은 음식도 많고 너무 배불러서 마지막엔 남긴 음식도 있음. 2. 음식맛은 soso. ☑ 전반적으로 간이 강한 편이었고. 식재료 상태는 양호했음. 하지만 특출나게 좋다거나 하진 않았음. 10만원 정도의 엔트리급 오마카세와 비교해서 더 뛰어난 점은 모르겠음. 3. 서비스 불만족. ❌ 일찍 도착했으나 정시에 시작하지 않음. 지각한 손님이 사장 지인인가? 그 손님들에게만 더 잘 해주는 게 보여서 서비스적으로 불편했음. 같은 돈 내고 힘들게 예약해서 온 곳인데 내 시간도 빼앗기고 차별대우를 받은 기분이 들었음.

런치 오마카세로 다녀왔습니다. 장종현 쉐프님 앞에 앉아 정말 행복한 식사하고 왔습니다. 오늘 1위는 안키모 였습니다. ㅎㅎ 2위는 청어초밥 이었구요. 안키모가 들어간 후토마키도 대박입니다. 디너에 다시 방문하자고 다짐하며 가게를 나왔습니다. 샤리도 좋았고, 식재료의 퀄리티도 최고입니다~
Went for lunch omakase. I sat in front of Chef Jonghyun Jang and had a really happy meal. Today's 1st place was Ankimo. Haha 2nd place was herring sushi. Futomaki with ankimo is also a hit. I left the store with a promise to visit again for dinner. Shari was good, and the quality of the ingredients was the best~

전반적으로 샤리도 그렇고 강한 맛은 없는 스시집 입니다. 초반에는 무난무난 하던 스시들이 끝부분을 가면서부터 휘몰아 치네요. 꽤 맛있게 먹었습니다. 이정도 가격이면 갈 곳이 많긴 하지만 그래두 재방문 의사는 있습니다. 룰을 딱 정해 놓으셨는지 앵콜스시는 없구요. 안키모와 후토마끼 맛집이라고 하고 싶습니다.
Overall, it's a sushi restaurant that doesn't taste strong like shari. Sushi, which used to be good at the beginning, beats from the end. I ate it quite deliciously. There are many places to go at this price, but I am willing to visit again. There is no encore sushi whether you have set the rules exactly. I would like to say that it is Ankimo and Futomaki restaurant.

진짜 맛있었어요. 카운터자리 분위기도 좋았고, 콜키지, 세팅 서비스 도와주신 분도 아주 친절하셨습니닷. 맛은.. 먹어본 우니, 아구간, 회 중에서 젤 맛있었오요 또 가고싶네용
