★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1층 매장은 좁고 테이블도 몇개 밖에 없지만 2층으로 올라가면 넓은 공간에 테이블도 많아서 여유롭게 시간을 보낼 수 있다. 단 화장실은 다른 매장과 공용으로 사용하는 곳이라 불편할 수도 있으나 넓고 깨끗해서 불편함은 없다

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 버블티를 주문했는데 펄이 딱딱해서 도저히 먹을수없어 환불처리 했습니다~투썸은 인지도가 높은곳인데 이렇게 손님에게 내놓고도 미안하단 사과도 없어 매우 기분이 나빠 나와 버렸습니다~
