친절하게 설명해주시고 분위기도 좋고 특히 너무 맛있어요. 주말엔 웨이팅시간이 다소 길수 있으나 번호표받고 주변커피숍가면 할인해줍니다. 대기하면서 커피한잔하면서 기다려보아요^^

우대갈비를 처음 접한 곳. 그리고 정말 맛있지 않으면 비로 또 방문 잘하지 않는 내게 이주 연속 방문하게 한곳. 우대갈비도 정말 맛있고, 술밥도 정말 맛있다. 우대갈비의 꼬들살이 더 맛있는건 왜일까? 강추합다잉~~

고기가 부드럽고 서비스도 좋아요. 초벌해준 고기는 숯향이 있고 약간 달달합니다. 일찍 갔지만 대기가 길어서 예약을 걸어 놓고 근처 카페에서 커피한잔 하며 기다렸어요. 기다리다 카톡이 오면 들어가면 됩니다. 참고로 대기자에 한해서 근처카페에서 차를 마신 영수증을 가져오면 1500원 할인해줍니다

말로만 듣던 우대갈비를 먹기위해 가본집. 맛과 친절도등에 좋은 평가를 받고 있기에 기대감을 안고 방문했다. 우선, 일반적으로 먹어보지 못한 소고기의 맛과 향을 느끼고 싶은 분이면 방문해 보시는 것도 나쁘진 않을듯…하나, 그러기엔 가격이 좀 사악하다. 짚불로 초벌을 구웠는지, 불향이 입혀진 고기를 테이블에서 직원분이 숯불로 마저 구워주는데… 직원들의 숙련도에 따라 맛이 많이 다름!!.(우리 테이블은 오신지 얼마 안되신 분이신듯… 가위질이나 굽는게 어설펐고, 그에 따른 고기맛도 많이 아쉬웠다.) 삼겹살 역시 고기 자체는 나쁘진 않으나…. 된장술밥은 엄청 짜다!!! 마지막에 갈비에 붙어있는 고들살?을 구워주시는데, 초이스한 양념에 따라 다르겠으나 마늘양념은 짜다! 직원들의 친절도는 과할정도로 좋으나 내게는 고기맛이 많은 아쉬움을 남기며….ㅠㅠ
I went there to eat the Woodae Galbi I had only heard of. I came here with high expectations as it received good reviews for its taste and friendliness. First of all, if you want to feel the taste and aroma of beef that you have never tasted before, it wouldn't be a bad idea to visit... However, the price is a bit outrageous for that. Maybe it's charcoal grilled with straw fire, or the meat coated in fire is grilled on the table by the staff over charcoal... The taste differs a lot depending on the skill level of the staff!!. (It seems that our table has not been here for a while… The scissors and grilling were clumsy, and the taste of the meat was also very disappointing.) The pork belly itself is not bad either... . The soybean paste soup is very salty!!! At the end, they grill the pork ribs attached to the ribs. It depends on the seasoning you choose, but the garlic seasoning is salty! The friendliness of the staff is excessively good, but the taste of meat left me with a lot of regret… ..

Plenty of good things but poorly managed place. Famous for whole rib barbecue in Korean style. The meat is marinated for 3 days according to the restaurant. The staffs take care of grill on customers behalf. Condiments are okay but not remarkable. The “best ways” to have the meat suggested by the restaurant are not different from any other places. I don’t know the Himalayan pink salt they serve is genuine (or at least pure Himalayan salt without ajinomoto), though. The restaurant is pecked but they don’t have efficient system to manage waiting guests. It’s relatively easy now to setup a system to show how many people are in front of you. I was told to wait one hour and ended up waiting two. Nobody told me when my turn would come and had to come back to the restaurant to ask how many groups are ahead of me. This restaurant is relatively new and has potential, I admit. It also has, however, its limits unless it makes changes in the management/administration.
