★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최근에 생긴 매탄동의 헬스클럽니다. 무엇보다 장비들이 다 새것이고 구성이 잘 갖추어져 있어서 다양한 운동을 할 수 있습니다. 다만 조금 아쉬운 부분은 파워랙이 있는 곳에 장비를 좁게 붙여놔서 원판을 끼우고 뺄때 조금 불편하거나 머리를 부딪치는 경우가 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 다양한 장비 구성 및 유지 관리 그리고 전체적으로 깔끔하게 유지를 하는 부분은 좋은 것 같습니다. 트레이너 분들도 많은데 친절하고 성실하게 지도해 주시는 모습을 많이 볼 수 있습니다.
제일 좋은 것중에 하나는 안마의자가 있어 운동 끝내고 시간이 되면 릴렉스 하면서 맛사지를 받을 수 있다는 것입니다.
It's a recent health club in Maetan-dong. Most of all, the equipment is all new and well-equipped, so you can do a variety of exercises. However, the part that is a little unfortunate is that the equipment is narrowly attached to the power rack, so when inserting and removing the disc, it may be a little uncomfortable or bump your head. Nevertheless, I think it's good to have a variety of equipment configurations, maintenance, and overall cleanliness. There are many trainers, but you can see a lot of kind and sincere guidance.
One of the best things is that there is a massage chair so you can relax and get a massage when the time comes.
