이제 sosom 이라고 베이커라 카페도 오픈
본관에서는 직접 장어를 소금구이로 구워 먹는데 반해
청미안은. 미리 조리된 장어를 인덕션 과 철판에 데워 먹는 구조
서빙도 좋고 반찬도 장갈하니 정식 스타일 입니다
요즘은 와인잔도 준비되어 잘 얘기하시면 잔도 내어 줍니다.
와인도 팔고 있고. 손님을 접대하기 좋은 식당입니다
요즘은 예약을 안하면 자리가 없어 식사가 불가능 할 장도 입니다 .
식사 후에는 바로옆 소솜 카페에서 디저트와 커피로. 마무리.

늦으면 거의 1시간 기다려야 해요!
맛은 그냥 보통 이구요! 찬들은 정갈하고 깔끔했어요! 간단하지만!
장 어 좋아하시는 분들은 괜챦아요
You have to go before 12 noon!

복어요리도 비쌉니다.
하지만 대접받는 다는 느낌 듭니다.
찾아가기 어렵습니다. 하지만 찾아간 보람이 남습니다. 주차널찍하구요 옆에있는 커피숍과 제휴가 되어있어요
재방문 의사 있어요 단, 제 돈으로는 못갑니다.
돈 있는 분은 환영 서민은 그 앞에 보급형 장어 갈릴리로 가면 될거 같습니다.
