★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled upon this restaurant by coincidence and it was a really fortunate one! They sell different types of meat (beef, pork, chicken) and you get to choose them from the refrigerator in the store personally. They'll prep the side dishes (like mushrooms, kimchi etc) and the pot in the meantime. Although they don't usually grill the meat for the customers, but seeing that we were new to this, one guy came over to help us out. After chatting for awhile with our broken Korean, it turns out that the guy is actually the boss! He was super friendly and gave us free drinks (yay!) We had their signature angchasal beef (locally grown Grade-A beef according to them) and it was really tender and juicy! The price was pretty reasonable and overall the experience was really satisfying. Only downside is that the restaurant is pretty small. :)
